UNITED WAY OF HAYWOOD ANNOUNCES --"FREE"--PRESCRIPTION DISCOUNT CARD FOR JACKSON AND HAYWOOD COUNTIES

The Coast2Coast FREE* prescription discount card is not your ordinary card.  In addition to prescription drug discounts, the Coast2Coast card offers a wide range of discounts on:

·         dental

·         vision

·         hearing

·         diabetic equipment and supplies

·         lab and imaging services

THE FREE CARD

·         is available for individuals or the entire family

·         is printed in English or Spanish

·         requires no paperwork to complete

·         is free, no fee ever charged for the card

·         is not limited by health, age, income or other exclusions, everyone qualifies

·         has no expiration date

·         cardholder information is confidential and is not used for any other purpose

·         is simple to access and print from Coast2Coast website

·         can be obtained locally at United Way of Haywood County, Inc.
